Adeline Kou

Hi, I’m Adeline Kou. Growing up in Shenzhen, China, my mind was filled with philosophical questions,  “What is good art?” ”What creates value?” With an almost spiritual self-awareness, I asked questions,  sought inspiration and found ways to become useful, dimensional and creative. 

As a Product Designer,  I love to “think inside the box” to “think outside of the box”.  Using creativity within constraints, I embrace the challenges of different design briefs, sketching, ideating, refining and discovering the most ideal solutions. I design to bring emotional connection and aesthetics to people with a deep empathy. Considering others’ perspectives and how form, color and materials can make them feel. Through design, I want to become the engine that drives business, positively changes the consumer behavior and closes the loop to design what is best for our environment, knowing a strong design ethic allows me to make good decisions for everyone.
