Alex Jia

I have always been fascinated by the idea behind the human body. I worked with a variety of materials such as wood collage, melted crayon on two- dimensional surfaces, video, sound, and traditional printmaking. I find connections between my subconscious mind and the organic forms through my work by creating strong visual intensities.
