Angelo Yanke

Hello! My name is Angelo Yanke and I am from Detroit, Michigan. Growing up, I was immersed in the thriving car culture around me, in addition to furniture design and fine art from my families' business. I entered Art Center initially in the Fine Art program while also maintaining my passion for car design on the side. Soon thereafter I excitedly decided to make the transition to the Transportation Design program! Moving forward, I still draw upon my fine art experiences for inspiration, and continue to develop my passion for furniture design too. My design philosophy is one of challenging and rethinking conventional approaches to the automotive form through vehicle architecture, color, and integration of unconventional technologies. I am fervently looking forward to developing my professional career in the automotive industry and the greater design sphere!
