Ansel Iisaka

    Hello, I am Ansel Iisaka. I am a Translator, born into many different cultures. Growing up with different ways of thinking between the arts and sciences, I learned to communicate in both languages. Blending art, engineering and culture, I design for people. 

    As an Industrial Designer, I find perfection in the details, the fit and finish, and materiality. I want people to experience “Gemutlichkeit”,  the personal satisfaction that comes from a deep emotional connection. In order to “solve the puzzle” and make things work, I find the balance of form and function, psychology and culture, sensibility and longevity. I strive to create products that are well-built, durable and sustainable, and which allow people to form long-lasting relationships with the products they use. I believe, through design, I can bring quality to people’s lives.
