My name is Aric Van Halen. I’m an image maker who was born and raised in Los Angeles, but has spent the last decade in Colorado. As a competitive track and field athlete and subsequent camera operator for sporting events, I’ve learned to find a place where life and sport converge. As a photographer, I want to showcase the passions of an athletic lifestyle and motivate others to celebrate a life in motion. Whether it’s a portrait or a product, I’m inspired by diversity, collaboration and the synergy of moving pieces. I want my imagery to empower others to stop and think and feel.
