Bryanna Alysa Phimphachanh

Bryanna Phimphachanh (b. 2001) is a painter working and living in Los Angeles, CA. Her practice centers around oil painting, using the medium as a form of introspection. With subjects consisting of family members and her partner, Phimphachanh uses gossamer thin layers of oil paint and soak staining methods to fuse the figure with the foreground and background, creating moments where the figure dissipates.
