I’m an ice cream enthusiast and once worked as an ice cream server at a busy shopping mall in downtown San Francisco. Today, instead of serving ice cream, I’m now serving my designs, but my core mindset is still the same: making my customers’ experiences as delightful as possible. Like crafting personalized ice cream sundaes for my customers, I ask questions to carefully craft designs that meet my client's needs and wants.

I have grown a deep appreciation for connecting dots between digital products, brand stories, and customer experiences through my studies in Interaction Design and Brand Identity at ArtCenter College of Design as well as a Brand Experience Designer at GoDaddy.
