Fei (Emiya) Chen

 Hi! I'm Fei Chen, but call me Emiya! 

I'm a character designer, illustrator and visual development artist currently in pasadena. For me, it’s really a pleasure to do all sorts of things about characters, and I am also very passionate about creating related keyframes.

I grew up watching anime from various countries. As I watched these stories unfold, I found myself not just entertained, but deeply moved. I laughed with the characters, cried with them, and felt their struggles and triumphs as if they were my own. It was through anime that I learned the true power of storytelling - its ability to touch hearts, inspire minds, and create connections across cultures and generations.

This profound impact of anime on my life led me to dream of becoming an artist myself, to create works that could evoke the same range of emotions and touch people's lives in meaningful ways. I wanted to capture the essence of those stories that had touched me so deeply, to create characters and worlds that would resonate with others and perhaps, inspire them in the same way. Therefore, I want to be a part of this production, and hope that I can use my pen to let more people discover the beauty of animation.
