Joey Ziying Yang

The experience of growing up in China and living in the United States made it easy for me to accept new things, and it also helped me keep up with trends when learning graphic design. 

My love for graphic design started because I was impressed by the impact of media campaigns in high school and decided to move forward into this magical communications world. My marketing and public relations studies gave me an understanding of how people observe information, and those experiences also helped me combine my rational and emotional thinking. 

Combining my bachelor's degree in Media Communications and my MFA in Graphic Design, I’m interested in exploring the new metaverse about how technology and algorithms change our lives through time.
