Jungmin Lee

What inspires my creative process are childhood, dreams, family, writing, and folk art. My work is about experimenting with found and mixed media, sharing stories from memories, and making 3d objects with hands. After graduation, I would like to work in in-house advertisements, freelance editorials, publications, stage sets, and education. 

I am asking “the purpose of what I am making” to myself, and remind me the attitude for my decisions, image making, and my voice to tell the story. I want my works to reflect the minds of people, heal their emotions, and bring confidence for dreamers and those who lost their dreams to imagine again. To achieve these goals, my process is based on honest interpretation and the attempts to remember the lessons of the past memory.
