Hello I'm Leila Acevedo! I am an Illustrator from Los Angeles, CA. My specialities include digital painting, character illustration, and gouache; creating whimsical storytelling through magical characters and odd themes.
I consider myself a "research-based" artist; you can find me nose-deep in a pile of books researching my next subject. Anything natural and mystical inspires my themes which allows my narrative to be cryptic and bizarre.
Career wise, I'm interested in freelance in publishing and murals, as well as gallery shows and tattooing.
