Madalee Ketterl

Hey! I'm Madalee and I'm an illustrator from Southern California. I have always had a passion for creating artwork that goes back to me drawing all over my parents walls as a child and even in high school when I painted and doodled all over my homework assignments in protest. An ideal day for me includes working on my painting projects, chilling in my studio, my record player blasting tunes.

In my work, I tell stories and explore deeper human experiences including my own.

Through oversaturated color palettes of hot pinks, neon greens, and electric blues, and creating funky and bold shapes, I aim to create illustrations that spark curiosity, can tell someone's story, and give off a sense of magic and wonder.
