Mei Kobayashi

Hi all, my name is Mei Kobayashi! Born between two full Japanese parents, I carry my rich Japanese culture very close to heart making me a proud Japanese American. As an only child, I have always been surrounded by some type of art, music and content creation. 

Stepping into the world of Photography allows me to collaborate and connect with models and creatives, with the singular focus of capturing the moment. I love to explore the technical aspects such as editing, compositing, lighting and printing, with a keen eye for detail. Blending fine art and fashion, I describe my work as "messy pretty". I want to express my culture and personality, sharing our differences in a singular voice.
