Hello, my name is Richard, and I am a vis-dev/background artist from California.
As a child, my family often took trips to many great spots across America and El Salvador. These fond memories of traveling with my family have inspired most of my work. Therefore, environmental painting is my favorite subject as it allows me to go to new places and create worlds that are both inspiring and intriguing. My art connects with the audience by utilizing the strengths of color, light, and perspective. My dream is to work with a creative team of illustrators to produce stories that emotionally connect with the spectator. I want people to get lost in my world and imagine their own stories.
