Yanqi Li

My name is Yanqi Li. After receiving a Bachelor's and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, I understand how things work, but my journey as a Product Designer goes beyond. The magic of design is finding the balance between visual storytelling, emotion, function, while still being mindful of what is at stake for our planet. 

I approach design with humility- listening, observing, seeking to understand my users' needs and philosophies. I find solutions and design alternatives that allow people to improve their experiences, have access to friendly technology and enhance their overall quality of life.

It is important to me that we find new pathways to sustainable practices, building systems that can be disassembled, repaired, repurposed, and recycled. As a mom, designer, engineer and team player, I am ready for the challenges that lie ahead and will do all I can to uncover new ways that we can live a circular, fulfilling life.
